This simple experiment can help children learn what a chemical reaction is.
Look for a handful of rusty or very dirty copper coins that you have at home. In a transparent jar put half a cup of white vinegar and a teaspoon of salt.
Have the children stick the coins in and stir with a spoon for a minute. Magically, all the dirt will be gone, and the coins will look new.

Bring water to a boil and pour it into a bowl or cup, in enough quantity to cover the entire egg. Add a tablespoon of vinegar.
Have the children pour some food coloring of their favorite color. Stir and put the egg inside, making sure it is completely submerged. You just have to wait 5 minutes, remove the egg, and when the shell dries it will have changed color. Time to decorate it! Artificial snow… with diapers
